A natural musician - he starred in the Beatles-based "Across the Universe" - Anderson worked on three projects in one year - "The River", "The Grey" and "Breaking Dawn".

In less than a week, he went from minus 40 temperatures in Canada to scorching heat in Puerto Rico.

The former was for "The Grey," a drama about a group of airplane crash survivors fighting off wolves. The latter, a role in "The River," a new ABC drama about a wildlife expert who goes missing.

"Throw in 'Twilight' and it was a pretty interesting year," Anderson says with a smile.

And then? Then there's "Breaking Dawn," the last two parts of the "Twilight" saga. In the vampire drama, Anderson plays Alistair, a particularly complex vampire who intercedes for the Cullens. The actor read the books, saw the early films and "tried to absorb as much as I could" but knew he'd never be as savvy about the character as some of the popular books' fans.

No sweat. "It's nice to play against the grain of the film," Anderson says. "He can do what he wants because he is who he is."

The 29-year-old British-born actor, however, didn't realize the devotion of "Twilight's" fan base.

"I hadn't even arrived at the motel and already there was fan mail. They figured out where I was going to be - and I didn't even know. But every one of those letters was so genuine and so sweet."

The creepy stuff? That was saved for other actors. "A woman was standing outside the Sutton Place in Vancouver with a pair of scissors. She had flown from England to cut some of Robert Pattinson's hair for a doll."

"Breaking Dawn - Part II" (slated for release in the fall) came with such high financial stakes "tension was ripe," Anderson says. "There's not a lot of rehearsal. So before a scene with Kristen (Stewart) I had to gun up the character from the trailer to the stage. It's the first time you see this guy come to life. But until you get the gear on, you're not quite sure what he's going to be."

I would say that you completely lose yourself in the purest form of romance. It's the first time in so long that you get to see such a strong love, and get so caught up in it without any of the physicality.

You've also been outspoken about your crush on Robert Pattinson. Have you gotten to meet him yet?
No, I have not met Rob. But, I have many mutual friends and have heard nothing but the loveliest things about him. I think he's a very talented actor and would love to meet him in the future.

If you could style any of the Twilight cast, who would you pick and why?
Bella and Edward - I would love to dress them as a couple because I think that's always fun.

On Thursday, Jan. 26 in Los Angeles, Kristen Stewart (Snow White), Charlize Theron (the evil Queen Ravenna) and Chris Hemsworth (the Huntsman) will participate in a brand-new edition of Moviefone's Unscripted for "Snow White and the Huntsman" - meaning you can them anything about the highly anticipated fairytale flick.

Meeting Kristen Stewart: "It was instantly amazing," says Snow White costar Charlize Theron

Kristen Stewart and Charlize Theron may play rivals in Snow White and the Huntsman, but it's so not like that in real life.

The two didn't first meet until after they both signed on to the movie... "We met on a plane going to Comic-Con," Theron told me at the BAFTA Los Angeles tea party at the Four Seasons Hotel. "You know when you meet someone and it's effortless? It was instantly amazing."

"We couldn't shut up," she continued. "The plane landed and they were like, 'Get off the plane' and we were going on and on."

It was the same on set. "I think we both love what we do and we came to play," Theron said.

Yeah, but what happened when it came to their fight scenes? We imagine the "total bitch" Evil Queen got to kick Stewart's Snow White's butt. Or maybe not. Theron teased, "It's more like what Kristen does to me."

Though she's not one of the previously announced celebrity guests, an audience placard for Stewart was curiously shown on Tuesday night's "Entertainment Tonight". In the clip, the seating arrangement has Stewart sitting next to her boyfriend and Twilight co-star Robert Pattinson.

So, is Stewart really going to be at the People's Choice Awards? Nope.

A source close to the star tells Gossip Cop exclusively that the pictured seating chart is "bulls**t". The insider says they wanted "a headshot of [Stewart] for a skit," but it’s unclear whether they'll actually be doing the skit or not.

Regardless, while Pattinson is attending the awards show to support his nomination for Water For Elephants, Stewart was never scheduled to appear and will not be there.

Carolina Herrera: Kristen Stewart was "moved" by the "Breaking Dawn" wedding dress

We knew the gown Carolina Herrera created specifically for the Breaking Dawn wedding took six months to design and that it left Robert Pattinson floored, but in the new issue of Town & Country Weddings, the designer reveals Kristen Stewart's very personal reaction.

"We did three fittings. When she initially put on the dress and looked over her shoulder into the mirror, she was very moved," Herrera tells the mag, on stands Wednesday. "In that moment she was not an actress or a character in a film but instead a bride, and a happy one at that."

The dress seen in the sketch is what the designer calls a "union between Stephenie [Meyer's] description in the book and the Herrera bridal aesthetic" - something she has been perfecting for 25 years.

"I took into consideration the character of Bella and Kristen's portrayal of her, and what this fantasy character would choose to wear for the most important day of her life," she explains of the masterpiece, which retails for $35,000. "It's made of a crepe satin with two inserts on the front and beautiful silk thread topstitching. The neckline is a slight V, just enough to see the collarbones. The back is oval-shaped, with a Chantilly lace border veiled in tulle. It's very romantic, and when all the details come together, it creates a vision specific to Bella's style and personality."

Robert Pattinson & Kristen Stewart have date night in West Hollywood!

Reunited and it feels so good! After spending a low key New Years Eve together, Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and of course their dog Bear have been spending the first part of 2012 hanging together along with some close friends.

However, Wednesday Kristen and Rob emerged for a date night at the Soho House West Hollywood. So what was their Twilight connection at the exclusive club last night?

New Moon director Chris Weitz held a screening for his critically acclaimed film A Better Life. Kristen and Taylor Lautner went the premiere this summer to support Chris, while Pattinson was away working. Sources confirm that Rob and Kristen, both casual and "happy together as usual" came out to support, and have some fun while at it! They were spotted laughing and chatting in the upstairs part of the members only club with a group of people. Glad these two are getting time together away from the paparazzi!

An excited Robsten fan at the event wrote on her Tumblr that she "nearly had a heart attack" when she saw them, adding, "They were with a group of people and so so cute! Kissing and holding hands. Ugh, I died."

Oh god, no! It's so not. I started shooting the film so there was more footage of me. But then Kristen took over. That's the only reason it was like that. She's amazing in the film.

Would you want to play a villain again? Was that fun?
I don't know. Like I said to you before I have never walked around with a specific charater I wanted to play. In a way I've kind of played three villains back to back. But they're such different people. I've explored different things with all three. I just want to tell good stories. That's truly all I want to do. I don't need to be the lead in them. I just want to be a part of something that I would want to go see in theaters. I don't know what that's going to be next.

Stewart, who became Dakota's friend during filming, says that Dakota's determination was obvious. "We had a few scenes that were crazy intimidating and maybe once or twice, she was like 'Okay, I have a butterfly in my stomach.' Meanwhile, I'm hyperventilating! Sometimes I give her shit for being so on the ball."

One of Snow White’s trusted dwarves, Nick Frost, assured MTV News that Stewart does more than enough to prove herself.

“It was our last day on Friday, and she has kind of a big rabble rousing speech, and she’s great. She’s fun on set. She’s a fantastic actress,” said Frost while promoting “The Adventures of Tintin.”

Frost feels that people can discount Stewart unfairly because of her previous work, but there are a few things they don’t keep in mind.
“I think people forget she’s fairly young still, but she’s dedicated and she wants to do a good job,” he said.
“Often, I don’t think people take that into consideration. She’s doing ‘Twilight’ and stuff like that, but she’s dedicated.”

It’s the combination of Stewart’s age and the amount of work that “SWATH” demanded that really left an impression on Frost.
“How old is she? Twenty-three, twenty-four?” Frost asked. “I don’t know that many twenty-three or twenty-four year-olds that get picked up at 4 am and work until 10 at night, six days a week. She comes on set smiling and laughing, and she knows her lines.”

Our most anticipated movies of 2012: "Snow White and the Huntsman" is fairest at No. 3

With "The Twilight Saga" taking its final box-office bite in 2012 (we know... we're not ready yet either), all eyes are on series star Kristen Stewart. How will her career progress in a post-Forks world? Judging from the footage we've seen of "Snow White and the Huntsman," Kstew isn't going to have any problem forging an excellent future - one of many reasons this fantasy flick scores the No. 3 spot on our list of 2012's most-anticipated movies.

We all know the story of "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs," but this movie puts a whole new spin on the traditional fairy tale. As we saw in the first trailer for the film, Kristen stars as a fierce warrior version of Snow. She's a tomboy fighter (not some primped princess) trained to rebel against the Evil Queen, who ordered her dead at the hands of the titular Huntsman, played by the smokin' hot Chris Hemsworth.

Charlize Theron, who plays the deliciously evil Queen, does wicked well (as we know from "Young Adult"), and we can't wait to see this whole thing come to fruition. The rich, dark colors and atmospheric music made for a tantalizing trailer - one of our favorites of the year, to be honest.

And before you say something, yes - there's another Snow White movie in the works ("Mirror Mirror" starring Lily Collins and Julia Roberts). But while "Mirror Mirror" goes for the comedy aspect of the story, "Huntsman" appears to be all drama. That means a fierce, brooding heroine - just the way we like our Kstew.

You just finished filming another movie. Tell me about your experience on Snow White and the Huntsman - or, as the fans call it, SWATH.
SWATH! It was great.

I saw a picture of you and your fellow dwarfs in your dwarf gear and your dwarf hair.
Yeah, they shaved me bald every day just to put hair on me, which was weird. It was like, well, I had hair anyway, and you shaved it all off... to then put a wig on.

You're in great company with the other seven dwarfs. What was that cast like?
It was fantastic! I got to hang out with Toby Jones, Eddie Marsan, Johnny Harris, Bob Hoskins, Ray Winstone, for God's sake. I got to just sit around and listen to those guys tell stories.

I like the idea of Kristen Stewart, of all people, sitting in the middle of that group of men - and also the colliding of worlds, your universe and fan base overlapping with Twilight.
Exactly! I was sitting next to Bob Hoskins and Bella Swan!

Please tell me you and Bob Hoskins and Kristen Stewart talked Twilight on set.
Not really. I think she'd be pretty sick to the bloody back teeth of listening about Twilight. On set she's another actress, and a lot of the time actors just talk about nothing. Talk about shit, they just chew the fat. That's what you do!

And did you sign on for multiple SWATH films as well?
Three, yeah. We'll see where it goes. We were talking about it on set the other day, where it would start and what it would be. We'll have to see how well it does, I guess. But I think we'd all love to do another one. We had a real laugh every day.

What about working on Twilight?
It was amazing to be part of something so huge, that's loved by so many fans. Plus Kristen Stewart has become one of my closest friends. When we're together, we have a great time. We don't have to be out on the town - we enjoy girls' nights in!

The forthcoming adaptation stars Kristen Stewart as Snow White, and an impressive ensemble of British actors as her dwarves, including Bob Hoskins, Ray Winstone, Ian McShane, and of course Frost. While even the title of Amini's script suggests a different direction for the timeless story, Frost said he was drawn to the project because of another unconventional choice in Rupert Sanders as its director.

"I think what interested me about Snow White was the fact that Rupert Sanders, who directs it, had never directed a feature before," Frost explained. "That's exciting! I mean, Jesus Christ, you've got a big budget - Thor's in it, for God's sake, and Charlize, and then you've got Ray and Bob and Ian. It was interesting for me to see how he would do this."

Frost indicated that the dwarves brought some levity to the film, but said that he was excited to watch Stewart's transformation into a more empowered Snow White.

"We've seen ten or fifteen minutes of it on set, and it's great," he revealed. "It's very gothic, and I think the dwarves try to bring a little comedy into it, and there's heart to it, and Kristen Stewart's great as Snow White. On the one hand, she's fragile, and you want to kind of give her a cuddle. But on the other hand, she wears armor, and wields a sword like any warrior. I like that, and I think that's quite unique, really, that you can do that. She can, on one hand, be one thing, and literally on the flip of a coin she can turn into this other thing. So I think it should be pretty good - I'd like to think it's going to be pretty good, anyway."

Acting with the likes of Kristen, Nick Frost and Ray Winstone who I've admired my whole career, is incredible.
