One of Snow White’s trusted dwarves, Nick Frost, assured MTV News that Stewart does more than enough to prove herself.

“It was our last day on Friday, and she has kind of a big rabble rousing speech, and she’s great. She’s fun on set. She’s a fantastic actress,” said Frost while promoting “The Adventures of Tintin.”

Frost feels that people can discount Stewart unfairly because of her previous work, but there are a few things they don’t keep in mind.
“I think people forget she’s fairly young still, but she’s dedicated and she wants to do a good job,” he said.
“Often, I don’t think people take that into consideration. She’s doing ‘Twilight’ and stuff like that, but she’s dedicated.”

It’s the combination of Stewart’s age and the amount of work that “SWATH” demanded that really left an impression on Frost.
“How old is she? Twenty-three, twenty-four?” Frost asked. “I don’t know that many twenty-three or twenty-four year-olds that get picked up at 4 am and work until 10 at night, six days a week. She comes on set smiling and laughing, and she knows her lines.”

Our most anticipated movies of 2012: "Snow White and the Huntsman" is fairest at No. 3

With "The Twilight Saga" taking its final box-office bite in 2012 (we know... we're not ready yet either), all eyes are on series star Kristen Stewart. How will her career progress in a post-Forks world? Judging from the footage we've seen of "Snow White and the Huntsman," Kstew isn't going to have any problem forging an excellent future - one of many reasons this fantasy flick scores the No. 3 spot on our list of 2012's most-anticipated movies.

We all know the story of "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs," but this movie puts a whole new spin on the traditional fairy tale. As we saw in the first trailer for the film, Kristen stars as a fierce warrior version of Snow. She's a tomboy fighter (not some primped princess) trained to rebel against the Evil Queen, who ordered her dead at the hands of the titular Huntsman, played by the smokin' hot Chris Hemsworth.

Charlize Theron, who plays the deliciously evil Queen, does wicked well (as we know from "Young Adult"), and we can't wait to see this whole thing come to fruition. The rich, dark colors and atmospheric music made for a tantalizing trailer - one of our favorites of the year, to be honest.

And before you say something, yes - there's another Snow White movie in the works ("Mirror Mirror" starring Lily Collins and Julia Roberts). But while "Mirror Mirror" goes for the comedy aspect of the story, "Huntsman" appears to be all drama. That means a fierce, brooding heroine - just the way we like our Kstew.

The usually bare-faced Bella Swan (Stewart) showed off her most done look yet when she walked down the aisle to marry her vamp love, Edward (played by Robert Pattinson). Stewart wore shimmery honey brown eyes, lots of lashes, and glossy peach lips. Her hair - a braided low do under a bejeweled veil - added a romantic finishing touch.

Collider's 15 most anticipated blockbusters of 2012

As 2011 comes to a close, it's time to look forward to the movies set to open in 2012. While many are busy compiling their Top 10 lists from 2011, we thought it'd be a good time to run down the list of our 15 most anticipated blockbusters of the coming year. Will The Avengers deliver as the culmination of four years worth of Marvel movies? Just how much of a prequel to Alien is Prometheus? Will The Dark Knight Rises be the greatest movie ever made in the history of movies and awesomeness? There are a lot of unknowns, and we've learned that sometimes the best behind-the-scenes talent can still make a stinker (Cowboys & Aliens), but we're hoping for more than a few pleasant surprises (a la X-Men: First Class) to appease us in 2012. Note: For the sake of this article, a "blockbuster" is considered a large-scale, big budget event film. Movies are listed in order of release.

Why we're excited about it: While the idea of two Snow White movies wasn't exactly the most appetizing thought, the first trailer for Snow White and the Huntsman was kind of badass. In his feature film debut, the first look at Rupert Sanders' iteration of the classic story definitely took a lot of people by surprise; it's much more Lord of the Rings than Alice in Wonderland. Charlize Theron is a delight any time she gets a meaty character to chew on, and she appears to be in fine form here as the Evil Queen. We haven't seen much from Kristen Stewart yet, but turning Snow White into a sort of reluctant warrior is definitely an interesting direction. Sanders' visuals are epic in scope, and I'm enticed to find out if this ambitious fairy tale delivers.

I Movieline's intervju med Nick Frost som spelar en av dvärgarna i Snow White and the Huntsman berättar han om vad han och Kristen pratade om på inspelningen, och han avslöjar också att det kanske kommer att göras ytterligare två Snövit-filmer beroende på hur bra den första går.

You just finished filming another movie. Tell me about your experience on Snow White and the Huntsman - or, as the fans call it, SWATH.
SWATH! It was great.

I saw a picture of you and your fellow dwarfs in your dwarf gear and your dwarf hair.
Yeah, they shaved me bald every day just to put hair on me, which was weird. It was like, well, I had hair anyway, and you shaved it all off... to then put a wig on.

You're in great company with the other seven dwarfs. What was that cast like?
It was fantastic! I got to hang out with Toby Jones, Eddie Marsan, Johnny Harris, Bob Hoskins, Ray Winstone, for God's sake. I got to just sit around and listen to those guys tell stories.

I like the idea of Kristen Stewart, of all people, sitting in the middle of that group of men - and also the colliding of worlds, your universe and fan base overlapping with Twilight.
Exactly! I was sitting next to Bob Hoskins and Bella Swan!

Please tell me you and Bob Hoskins and Kristen Stewart talked Twilight on set.
Not really. I think she'd be pretty sick to the bloody back teeth of listening about Twilight. On set she's another actress, and a lot of the time actors just talk about nothing. Talk about shit, they just chew the fat. That's what you do!

And did you sign on for multiple SWATH films as well?
Three, yeah. We'll see where it goes. We were talking about it on set the other day, where it would start and what it would be. We'll have to see how well it does, I guess. But I think we'd all love to do another one. We had a real laugh every day.

What's the buzz about? Starring Kristen Stewart, Chris Hemsworth, Charlize Theron and model Lily Cole, we're aching to see how these Hollywood hotties reinvent this classic fairytale.

What? Kristen Stewart as a vampire in Breaking Dawn: Part 2
When? Release date in the UK is 16 November 2012.
What's the buzz about? It's going to be painful to wait until next winter to see what Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart) is like on the big screen as a red-eyed, marble-skinned wonder. In the meantime, we're consulting the book for further clues and imagination sparks.

I E! Online's omröstning om vem som är årets kvinnliga skådespelerska har Kristen tagit sig till final, där hon möter Mila Kunis.

Om Kristen vinner kommer hemsidan att donera 25 tusen dollar [ca 170 tusen SEK] till Kristens val av välgörenhet. Vad det är står tyvärr inte på hemsidan, men en gissning är att pengarna kommer skänkas till någon typ av hjälp för prostituerade eftersom Kristen varit involverad i det i och med filmen Welcome to the Rileys.

Who is celeb of the year? Vote for leading ladies, round 4

And then there were two. We're down to the final matchup in our Leading Ladies and the title of E! Celeb of the Year is potentially right around the corner for one of these two stars.

It was a round of blowouts and razor-thin wins, so who managed to hold out for one more round?

No. 1 seed Kristen Stewart continues her domination. She was matched up against No. 5 Emma Stone, whose year of Crazy, Stupid, Love, The Help and hanging out with spidey BF Andrew Garfield came to an end when Kstew pulled in 74 percent of your votes. It was a good year for Emma and we're sure we'll see her back here again soon.

The other pairing wasn't as clean-cut. Black Swan star No. 6 Mila Kunis was up against Harry Potter's Emma Watson, No. 10, and things were close until the very end, but ultimately Mila slipped past Emma with a narrow 52 percent of the votes. But with Emma's star power, this is definitely not the last we'll hear from her.

Don't forget! There's a lot on the line as E! will donate $25,000 to the charity of the winner's choice, so be sure to vote! And if you don't see your favorite in our tournament, try to get them in as a Wild Card!

"This is not a girl by the well with tweety birds," says director Rupert Sanders. "I actually wanted to do a war movie" It's clear that Sanders take on the Snow White storey will be as grim as it is Grimm. While competing 2012 Snow White project, Tarsem Singh's Mirror Mirror goes for fairy tale bright colours and high camp scheming, this one shows its Snow (Kristen Stewart) in armour, and promises less sweeping and dusting and more sweep and dust-ups.

Charlize Theron is the Evil Queen who consumes young women to keep herself young and beautiful; Stewart's Snow White is the big prize who will keep her that way forever; Chris "Thor" Hemsworth plays the fearless Huntsman ordered to hunt Snow through the big, scary forest; and On Stranger Tides Sam Claflin is the Prince (how charming he is remains to be seen).

The eight dwarves (yes, eight. Disney holds the copyright on seven) are played by some of the best British character actors around, from Nick Frost and Ian McShane to Ray Winstone and Bob Hoskins.

You wouldn't know it to look at him - or the budget - but Sanders is a first-time feature director. He is, however, one of the highest-profile commercial men around and a look at his Halo, Call of Duty: Black Ops or Nike spots suggest that the action won't even make him break a sweat.

Stewart, Speaking in LA recently, sounds as fired up as her director. "It's a true telling of the fairy tale, a little bit closer to the Grimm stories than other versions." That puts it in direct contrast to Mirror Mirror's more child-friendly approach; where this one goes for the look of Gladiator or Robin Hood, that Julia Roberts/Lily Collins effort chooses a more farcical, knockabout tone in a clearly artificial world.

Which one could debate which of the pair is more faithful to the original, there shouldn't be much danger of confusing the two - as Stewart acknowledges "The great thing about having such a brass-tacks base is you can rethink who your characters are within the fairy tale and still remain completely true to it because they are fairly undefined. You have really basic attributes and in this case we are bringing it out, I think, un-expected things."

"A lot is expected of me on this," adds Stewart, who's been training intensively. "Being strong will not be just an aesthetic thing. I need to have endurance. Snow White is someone who has a lineage of leadership in her blood, and she has been beaten down, along with her entire kingdom and her people. I know it sounds really obvious, but it's a story that should champion people who aren't obsessed with vanity, someone who has a true heart. It's a really simple story but it really knocks me out."

The forthcoming adaptation stars Kristen Stewart as Snow White, and an impressive ensemble of British actors as her dwarves, including Bob Hoskins, Ray Winstone, Ian McShane, and of course Frost. While even the title of Amini's script suggests a different direction for the timeless story, Frost said he was drawn to the project because of another unconventional choice in Rupert Sanders as its director.

"I think what interested me about Snow White was the fact that Rupert Sanders, who directs it, had never directed a feature before," Frost explained. "That's exciting! I mean, Jesus Christ, you've got a big budget - Thor's in it, for God's sake, and Charlize, and then you've got Ray and Bob and Ian. It was interesting for me to see how he would do this."

Frost indicated that the dwarves brought some levity to the film, but said that he was excited to watch Stewart's transformation into a more empowered Snow White.

"We've seen ten or fifteen minutes of it on set, and it's great," he revealed. "It's very gothic, and I think the dwarves try to bring a little comedy into it, and there's heart to it, and Kristen Stewart's great as Snow White. On the one hand, she's fragile, and you want to kind of give her a cuddle. But on the other hand, she wears armor, and wields a sword like any warrior. I like that, and I think that's quite unique, really, that you can do that. She can, on one hand, be one thing, and literally on the flip of a coin she can turn into this other thing. So I think it should be pretty good - I'd like to think it's going to be pretty good, anyway."

Kristen är med på Forbes lista över skådespelarna som tjänat in mest under 2011. Som enda kvinnan på listan, och totalt 633 miljoner [ca 4,4 miljarder] intjänade, landar hon på plats #6.

Robert Pattinson ranks fourth on our list with $750 million. He tops his Twilight co-star Kristen Stewart (who ranks sixth with $633 million) thanks to the film adaptation of Water for Elephants.

Igår var det avslutningsfest för castet och alla som jobbat på inspelningen för Snow White and the Huntsman. Den enda bilden på Kristen från kvällen är på hennes rygg [stora bilden] eftersom paparazzifotograferna lämnade fem minuter innan Kristen, som tog sig därifrån vid tre på natten.

Kristen hade, enligt ögonvittnen, runt nio personer med sig till festen. Rob var tyvärr inte en av dem, men på en av bilderna kan man bland annat se hennes livvakt.

One of the two Snow White films premiering next year, "Huntsman" got a boost from debuting the trailer first. Forbes har listat de 40 skådespelarna som tjänar mest pengar i Hollywood och därefter har de sorterad dessa skådespelare efter vem som drar in mest pengar för varje dollar de får betalt. På plats #1 hittar man Kristen, som i snitt tjänar in 55,83 dollar för varje dollar hon är betald. [SEK: ca 5600 kr per krona.]

Det här betyder ju inte att Kristen får dåligt betalt för varje film. Men det visar ändå på att Kristen inte håller på med skådespeleriet för pengarnas skull utan för att hon verkligen tycker om det. Visste ni att Kristen faktiskt minskade sin lön från Snow White and the Huntsman tidigare i år eftersom de hade svårt att hitta någon som kunde spela jägaren? Detta gjorde hon för att rollen skulle tilltala fler, eftersom det då var mer betalt för den.

Hollywood's best actors for the buck

The Twilight movies are more than a cultural sensation, they're a financial phenomenon. The latest, Breaking Dawn, has ranked No. 1 at the U.S. box office for the past three weekends and has already earned $588 million worldwide. The entire franchise has brought in $2.4 billion so far and there's still one more movie set for release next year.

It's been a lot of reward for relatively little outlay. The first two movies were produced for $37 million and $50 million, respectively. The current film is the most expensive to date with an estimated budget of $110 million. Part of the reason the budget has risen is that stars Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson are getting paid more for playing Bella and her vampire boyfriend Edward, but they're still not getting the $20 million paychecks that some big stars can command.

That's why the Twilight stars land so high on our list of Hollywood's Best Actors for the Buck, with Kristen Stewart at No. 1. For every $1 Stewart is paid her films earn an average $55.83. Pattinson ranks third with his films bringing in an average of $39.43 for every dollar he is paid.

How does Stewart beat Pattinson when they earn virtually identical salaries on their Twilight films? For the purpose of this list we look at each star's last three major releases in the last five years, and Pattinson has been busier than Stewart. He starred in two non-Twilight projects in the past two years: Remember Me and Water for Elephants. Neither film performed particularly well and that pulled down the average return on investment for Pattinson.

Tar man en sväng förbi Kristens IMDb ser man att hon står listad som rollen Ky Reed i kommande filmen Akira. Filmen kommer att regisseras av Jaune Collet-Serra som tidigare gjort filmer som bland annat House of Wax, Orphan och Unknown. Även Helena Bonham Carter och Kristens On the Road-costar Garrett Hedlund står listade i rollerna.

Enligt beskrivningen är det del ett i en actionfilm baseras på en animie från 1988 med samma namn, där ledaren i ett motorcykelgäng försöker rädda sin vän som blivit kidnappad i syfte för ett övernaturligt experiment. Det är oklart vad Kristen kommer att porträttera, om hon faktiskt tackat ja till rollen.

Tänk på att all info är från IMDb som inte är världens mest pålitliga källa eftersom vem som helst med ett konto kan gå in och ändra information. Vi får vänta och se om det blir något mer kring detta.

Hypable har ny information om DVD-släppet av första Breaking Dawn-delen. De skriver att filmen kommer att släppas den 11 februari, och att en Alla hjärtans dag-utgåva håller på att ordnas.

"Breaking Dawn - Part 1" to go on sale February 11th, Valentine's Day packaging in the works

Thanks to an entertainment distributor, today we're learning more details about The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1's DVD/Blu-ray release.

It will be hitting store shelves earlier than thought, and special Valentine's Day-packaging is in the works.

Saturday, February 11th, 2012 is the release date for the United States. Word is that the official announcement will be coming January 3rd.

Although details and final artwork aren't available at this time, Summit is also working on a version with Valentine's Day packaging (since the release is just three days before the Holiday). This way fans can receive the set from their loved ones.

Efter drygt fem månader sedan den senaste uppfräschningen har vi nu en ny design på Kristen S. Ganska enkel, stilren och praktisk. Den går i grönt, vilket vi bara använt oss av en gång under en kort period tidigare och då var det bara på små detaljer. Det lila började kännas lite kallt och hårt. Och trots att jag tagit bort alla runda hörn så känns den nya designen på något sätt ändå "mjukare", tycker jag.

Men en av de största anledningarna till förändringen var att kodmallarna behövde uppdateras på grund av fel som jag inte kunde hitta orsakerna till. Därför var det faktiskt nödvändigt med en ny design. Dessa problem är i alla fall åtgärdade nu.

Några av de nya funktionerna på sidan:

• Menyn har fått en slide-effekt vilket gör att vi får plats med mer information utan att det blir plottrigt. Du klickar alltså bara på respektive rubrik för att se mer.
• Fliken "Kommande händelser" finns nu i menyn, där ni hittar datum för framtida event och liknande. (Säg till om jag råkat glömma något.)
• Nya länkar/sidor för information och länkbyten.
• Vi har nu en FAQ (vanliga frågor).
• Vi har tagit tillbaka sökrutan, vilken hittar i övre högra hörnet.
• Utökad disclaimer.
• Tweet- och Gilla-knappar för varje inlägg.

Åtgärdade problem:

• Menyn hoppar inte iväg när vi länkar till gamla inlägg.
• "Kom ihåg mig" när man kommenterar ett inlägg fungerar nu som det ska.

Jag har kollat så att designen ser ut som den ska i Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox och Google Chrome. Stöter ni med andra webläsare på några problem är det bara att säga till så ska jag göra mitt bästa för att ordna det. Designen visas bäst i Google Chrome.

Brian Atwood som designat klacksnorna Kristen först hade på sig på hand- och fotavtrycksceremonin på Hollywood Boulevard, men som hon sedan bytte ut till ett par Vans, pratar lite om varför Kristen bytte ut skorna.

Kristen Stewart is a huge fan of your platform designs. Earlier this month, she wore a pair of your Marcella heels to her Hollywood Walk of Fame handprint ceremony and she was photographed swapping them out for a pair of checkered Vans. What was going on there?
She had to take them off. She didn't want to ruin them, because they were velvet.

Ohhh, we're glad you cleared that up. So it wasn't because the shoes were uncomfortable?
No, no, no. Not at all. She didn't want to ruin the velvet. I thought she would have gone barefoot, but I guess they had to be in shoes. She didn't want to put cement feet [in the heels].
